Pet Tags

Our tags are Handmade and may feature small imperfections and design variations. while we strive to Minimise these, they are part of the unique charm of handmade products. Tags are durability tested but are not designed for rough play or chewing.

Safety and Care

Our tags are lightweight, waterproof, and easy to clean. Please use water only and wipe them gently. Avoid using alcohol, acetone, or soap to clean.

Avoid extreme heat, do not leave them in direct sunlight for extended periods.

While EZ Designs tags are durable, they are not indestructible. If your pet breaks, damages, or chews the tag, remove it from them immediately to prevent choking or ingestion.

Tags are primarily decorative. EZ Designs is not responsible for any harm or misuse of this product. It is your responsibility to assess if this product is suitable for your pet. Exercise caution while using.

Everything else

Just like the pet tags Handmade items may feature small imperfections but we strive to minimise this. We also try to make sure that the photos of our products accurately reflect the actual color of the item in person. However, due to the differences in monitors and device settings, there may be a slight difference in color between what is shown and the final product.

Returns

Since most of our items are custom-made to order/personalised, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind.

Refunds may be provided if there are spelling mistakes ( provided the spelling you gave was correct) or if item arrives damaged.

To qualify for a return, the items must be returned in the same condition as received- unused and in its original packaging.
